SmartCard-Service JSC was founded in 1997. Since its foundation, our Company has been developing and maintaining software products for TellME ATMs.
Currently, over 100 banks in Russia and the CIS, including those in the TOP-100, are using the software created by our Company.
TellME software products are cross-platform and can be operated on both Russian and foreign equipment. In total, TellME provides a stable operation of more than 60 types of ATMs, including the in-demand cash recycling devices (banknote recycling).
The number of TellME installations exceeds 120,000.
According to the British research company Retail Banking Research, our Company is ranked fourth in the market of cross-platform solutions for ATMs worldwide.
Our software is a fully Russian product registered in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs of the Russian Ministry of Communications and has no restrictions on the regions of use and maintenance. Our software supports operation with all processing systems working in the Russian Federation and has certificates from major manufacturers of processing solutions: OpenWay, BPC, Tieto Enator and Компас Плюс. Our software also has the necessary EMV and PA DSS international certificates, confirming its compliance with the current security requirements for this kind of software.
